Your journey begins in Buried City, one of the most densely built areas in the game. Your objective here is to find the Foreman's Apartment, which is located just south of Piazza Roma.
When you arrive in this part of the city, you'll notice two apartment buildings standing side by side. The correct building is the northern apartment block, which is partially barricaded. Reaching the apartment itself is slightly tricky if you're approaching from ground level, but there is a faster and easier route.
The best way to enter the apartment is from the rooftop of the building northeast of the target location. Climb up to the roof of that building and look around until you spot a zipline. This zipline leads directly toward the apartment complex you need to reach.
Ride the zipline across the gap and watch carefully for a platform on the right side. When you see it, jump off the line at the right moment. If you time your jump correctly, you'll land directly inside the apartment area you need.
