In Bulandshahr of Uttar Pradesh, at least one person died while two others suffered serious injuries with another three going missing after a car fell into a Canal in the Jahangirpur police station area.
Local authorities carried out the search operation as three people went missing after a car fell into a canal. As many as five people were rescued earlier, among them one died, 2 were seriously injured and 2 escaped unhurt.
Shlok Kumar, SSP, Bulandshahr says, “In the Jahangirpur PS area, a car fell into a canal…5 people were rescued from the canal, among them one died, two are in serious condition and two are unhurt. There were total 8 people in the car. 3 are still missing. Rescue operation is still underway, SDRF and NDRF have been requisitioned. We are also taking the help of local people”
