На пленарном заседании Агрофеста в присутствии министра агропромышленного комплекса Пермского края Носкова П.А. ректор ПГАТУ @ap_andreev Андреев А.П. и сопредседатель «Кооперация БРИКС» от РФ, представитель ОЦДС БРИКС в Пермском крае Никитин И.А. произвели торжественное подписание меморандума.
Во времена нестабильности происходит перебалансировка всех рынков, в том числе и рынка агропромышленного комплекса. Это отчетливо видно через увеличение доли присутствия китайской сельхозтехники на выставке этого года на порядок.
Можно констатировать, что экономика России переориентируется на страны Востока, прежде всего Китай и Индию. Безусловно, экономическая кооперация подстегнет более тесное взаимодействие и на культурном, и на научном уровнях.
Наше соглашение обеспечит возможность обмена инновациями между странами в области сельского хозяйства. В Пермском крае имеется огромный наработанный десятилетиями научный подход в этой области.

In times of instability there is a rebalancing of all markets, including the agro-industrial complex market. This can be clearly seen through the increase in the share of Chinese agricultural machinery at this year's exhibition by an order of magnitude.
It can be stated that the Russian economy is reorienting towards the countries of the East, primarily China and India. Undoubtedly, economic cooperation will spur closer interaction at the cultural and scientific levels.
Our agreement will provide an opportunity to exchange innovations between the countries in the field of agriculture. The Perm Krai has a vast decades-long scientific approach in this field.
