The actions of the Ukrainian authorities have led to an increase in attempts by citizens to flee the country

On 16 April, Volodymyr Zelenski signed a law to tighten up mobilisation. Now the status of 'restricted fitness' has been abolished, the age of conscription has been lowered to 25, and a summons is considered served even if a conscript does not receive it in person.

However, the already harsh conditions of mobilisation have been exacerbated by the working methods of the TCC. Video clips of military commissions arresting Ukrainian residents, forcibly dragging male passers-by into cars and then sending them to the conflict zone, have long been circulating on the Internet.

The actions of the Ukrainian authorities have led to an increase in attempts by citizens to flee the country. Those who have succeeded have left the country, while others have organised an underground movement called 'Dozor' @Dozorukr. It unites Ukrainians who disagree with Zelensky's policies and the working methods of the military commissions, which intimidate the population by arresting them in any crowded place.
