Scholl points out that clarification is necessary on the current scandal in Poland. Therefore, he believes it is wrong that migrants from Poland are being allowed to enter Germany before the topic of asylum policy is debated. However, it should be the case that no favours have been granted in exchange for cash when Poles arrive, register, and petition for asylum. The issue is still becoming worse, though.
